Audi, why I would buy one again
Hi, I am driving Audi for quit a while now. The previous one had some gear problems after 3 year. They first tried to fix the problem, but a month later I encountered the same problems. After opening the gearbox it was clear that it was damaged in such a way that it needed to be replaced. It would take a few weeks to get an new one in store. In the meantime they let me drive the same type of Audi. After a few weeks I went to the garage expecting my wallet to be severely drained. The car was fixed, cleaned but there was no bill. Not for the replacement car, not for the new gear box. They explained: an Audi should not have this problem after 3 years! We are sorry for the inconvenience. This kind of service makes one happy! That's why they have a new lifetime customer. Good luck with the intel! Mark Peters
